Final Destination-esque hokum as Dafne Keen and friends discover an Aztec Death Whistle (google it) that when blown can summon your actual Death.

In Aztec myth, or at least the version presented here, this Death is born at the same time as you and will eventually find you at the right time. Blowing the whistle is apparently annoying enough to Deaths that those of anyone in earshot decide to turn up early, leading to e.g. a teenager who will one day die of old age being stalked by totally gross and old version of herself.

Bad news then, when a bunch of High School misfits decide to give it a toot, even though their teacher (Nick Frost, of all people) did the same and CLEARLY died in horrible, unexplained circumstances.

This is all a thin excuse to have lots of different and imaginative kill scenes, a la the Final Destination series. These range from pretty well done (a 'car crash' victim ends up being broken and twisted in their bedroom by an invisible car) to a bit silly.

Gore hounds will not be too disappointed by what is on offer although fans of elevated horror will find this most un-elevated. Fun, but so predictable you could use it like an atomic clock.
